DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Banquet Managers/Operations Manager (Banquet)
The position requires someone who is organized, professional, and most importantly, a strong leader.
JOB PROFILE:
Recruiting, training and supervising staff
Managing budgets and implementing cost cutting measures
Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
Overall stock & supply management
Staff rostering and management
Handling customer enquiries and complaints
Total management of the guest experience
Must have a good know how of various liquors, brands, wines, beers and associated details
Must have a sound knowledge of mocktails, cocktails and all types of alcohol
Must have working knowledge of snacks and food items paired with alcohol
Should be able to improve and provide on insights to keep the guest experience interesting and ensure repeat business.
Keeping statistical and financial records
Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities, sales representatives etc.
EDUCATION: Degree in Hospitality Management/ Hotel and Catering
SALARY: 25- 30K
LOCATION: Safdarjung Development Area, New Delhi.
