Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Location: Delhi
|
1) PURPOSE:
To promote and expand the business, new client acquisition
and relationship building with the client.
2) MAJOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate demand for the product, new client acquisition, relationships building.
Major Tasks:
- Execution of marketing campaigns.
- Creation of collaterals, brochures, handouts
etc.
- Creation and execution of Email and SMS
marketing campaigns.
- Executing online initiatives including e-newsletters,
display advertising, social media optimization.
- Develop and manage the day-to-day activity, message
boards and content on social media sites including Facebook, Twitter,
YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Plus etc.
- Ability to generate engaging and interesting posts in
both written and visual forms.
- Conducting Research and recommending new social media platforms and opportunities.
3) KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: (The quantifiable aspects of the job where the job holder
has an impact)

4) JOB SPECIFICATION:
Educational Qualifications:

Graduate with
experience in Sales and Marketing, MBA Marketing
Professional Experience (Current & Past):
·
1-3 Years of Experience in Sales or Business Development.
Education Industry Experience will be preferred.
5) KNOWLEDGE,
COMPETENCIES,
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Should be dynamic, imaginative & conversant
with different modes of selling.
- Should be presentable.
- Well disciplined.
- Must have a pleasant personality.
- Should have direct sales exposure.
- Must possess higher levels of creativity.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
and Power Point.
- Should be an active user of Facebook, Twitter,
Pinterest, and Google Plus.
- An eye for good graphic design.
