Qualification	Diploma in Civil Engineering. With hotel/Hospital design work Experience.
Job Description	Shall be able to scrutinize & evaluate drawings & data received from Structural engineering Consultants, shop drawings produced by contractors.  Preparation of BOQ from Auto CAD drawings. Standardization of BOQ & tender documents Experience in civil , structure & construction Industry. Billing & Specifications. Contract documents. Site co-ordination, site visits.
Req.Exp. (in years)	8-10 years in site execution/ Management & co-ordination.
