Opening for Front Office Executive in 4 Star Hotel (Paharganj Delhi)


Front Office Executive’s Job Description
`
To interact with the guests, attend to their complaints & get the complaints
attended by the department concern.
To assist the guest in completion of check in formalities
(Filling up of A&D register, Registration Card, C-Form.
To check the supporting documents issued by the reservations dept and
accordingly deal with the guests in terms of check in & check-out policy & payment conditions set by the establishment.
To escort guest to the room and give complete information about the
in-room amenities & hotel facilities.
To collect advances according to the policy set by the estb.from the
guests against their stay.
To keep a check on the high balances of the in-house guests.
To be ready to work long hours as & when required under high pressure conditions.
To co-ordinate with other (POS) departments to ensure revenue generation.

Salary Slabs

Fresher-01 yr exp 7k to 8 k Fluent English Must
01 yr to 02 yrs exp 8k to 10 k Fuent English with work experience on any  PMS
02 yrs above 12 k Fluent English with work exp.on any PMS & capability to handle
the shift alone.
