Executive Assistant to the Director

Job Description:

Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations

Making travel and guest arrangements
Making Minutes of Meeting, Schedule, Dashboard etc.
Maintaining all the other general activities/duties of an E.A.


Candidate s Profile:



Possess outstanding problem solving skills.
Should have the ability to hold online and off-line research as requested.
Should Posses very Good Communication Skills (Written and Verbal Both).
Should have good knowledge of EA s role in an Organization.

Experience - 2 to 6 years as an Executive Assistant 

Salary 25K to 50K

Education Qualification Should be at least a Graduate Preferably through Regular College.
